Return & Refund Policy

At Omkara Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility:
Returns or replacements may be accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing parts.

Reporting Time:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Required Proof:
To help us review your request, please share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and issue.

Non-Returnable Cases:
Returns may not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect address, product misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds:
If your return or replacement request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as per the available store policy.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Important Note:
Please do not send any product back without contacting our support team first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
